2027 benefits are ready to compare
Medicare's 2027 plans are now on 65thrive.org; every Medicare Advantage plan and every stand-alone drug plan sold for 2027 is here: nearly 6,000 Medicare Advantage plans and 323 drug plans, in all 3,220 counties where plans are sold.
Open enrollment runs from October 15 to December 7.
What you can do now
- See every 2027 plan where you live. Enter your ZIP code, or browse by state and county at Medicare plans by state.
- Line plans up side by side. Pick the ones you like and open the comparison grid: premiums, deductibles, the most you'd pay in a year, copays for doctors and hospitals, dental, vision, hearing and extras, all in one view.
- Check your own plan's changes. Most plans change every year. Your drug plan, 2026 to 2027 shows what changes for a stand-alone drug plan. For the bigger picture, read what 2027 does to the 10 most popular drug plans.
- Still shopping for this year? 2026 plans stay available. Switch years under "Your details" at the top of any page.

Two pieces of the 2027 season aren't available -
- Star ratings. Medicare publishes each year's ratings in October. Until then, 2027 plans show "Not yet rated."
- Drug lists. Which drugs each 2027 plan covers, and on what tier, isn't in Medicare's public files yet. Your drug list is saved, and coverage and costs for your drugs will appear as soon as Medicare publishes the lists. In the meantime, Medicare's Plan Finder has them.
